1. Who we are
kendallcarterofficial.com (the "Site") is an entertainment website featuring the Kendall Carter persona. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

4. Purchases, memberships, and billing
Premium content, memberships, and collections are sold through third-party platforms, currently Fanvue. Purchases made on those platforms are governed by their terms of sale and billing policies in addition to these Terms. Where the Site offers direct checkout, the payment descriptor, price, and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase, and recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds

6. License and acceptable use
Content you unlock is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download for redistribution, re-sell, publish, share, or use any content from the Site, including AI-generated imagery, for any commercial purpose or on any other platform. You agree not to attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Site or its chat feature.
7. Chat conduct
Chat access may be limited or revoked for abusive, unlawful, or harassing behavior, or for attempts to elicit prohibited content. The chat will not produce explicit sexual content, and will not engage with anyone identifying as under 18.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
