Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect only what the Site needs to work: the email address you provide when joining the mailing list or unlocking member chat, a first name if you choose to give one, chat messages you send through the Site's chat feature, and basic technical data (browser type, approximate region) from standard server logs.
How we use it
Your email is used to verify membership, deliver updates you signed up for, and provide support. Chat messages are processed by an AI service to generate replies, and for members, a short summary of your conversations is stored so the chat can remember you between visits. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by third-party payment platforms (currently Fanvue), which have their own privacy policies. Billing statements will show the descriptor displayed at checkout.
Cookies and local storage
The Site uses browser local storage, not tracking cookies, to remember your age confirmation, your chat history on your device, and your member status. Clearing your browser storage removes these.
Data retention and deletion
Mailing list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Member chat memory is kept while your membership is active. You can request deletion of everything we hold about you at any time by emailing support@kendallcarterofficial.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Age
The Site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
